Gas pipeline operating time with a disconnected source
The purpose of these calculations is to determine how long a gas network is able to operate on reserve cylinder gas following a disconnection or shutdown of its source (of medium and high pressure).
The calculations enable users to determine:
- Reserve cylinder gas under normal and standard conditions, m3
- Operating time on residual pressure following a source disconnection, hour
- Gas flow rates in gas network pipes and pressure at all pipe junctions for minimum permissible operating conditions of the network at residual pressure
These calculations require a license for simulation modeling, and should be performed only after you have completed simulation modeling!
